EmberChic’s core service is to provide AI-generated office wear looks tailored to your preferences. You may input text descriptions (e.g., styling needs, scenarios, clothing items, color schemes) or upload photos to extract text (e.g., from fashion magazines, catalogs, or personal notes), and the App will generate personalized outfit renderings locally on your device. Critical to this service is our commitment: we never collect any facial information, biometric data, or facial features, even if the photos you upload for text extraction contain human faces.
All image processing, text analysis, and AI outfit generation occurs solely on your device. No photos, facial data, or personal content is uploaded to our servers, shared with third parties, or retained beyond your immediate use. We reserve the right to update, enhance, or adjust the App’s features (e.g., adding new styling effects, expanding outfit categories) or temporarily suspend service for maintenance/technical issues. You agree not to use EmberChic for any inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful purposes, including (but not limited to) generating outfits that promote discrimination, harassment, violence, or violate public morality. You also agree not to tamper with the App’s code, bypass security features, or use the App in a way that damages, disables, or impairs its functionality or other users’ experience.
Since we do not collect facial information or personal data, you are responsible for managing all content stored on your device (e.g., saved outfits, photos used for text extraction). We are not liable for lost, deleted, or corrupted content, as all data is stored locally on your device and under your control.
The App itself—including its code, design, logos, AI algorithms, built-in styling effects, and brand assets—is our exclusive intellectual property, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the App without our explicit written permission.
Outfits generated using EmberChic are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may save, share, or print these outfits for personal purposes (e.g., styling reference, sharing with friends), but you may not sell, license, distribute, or monetize them for commercial gain without our prior written authorization.
